Returns Policy

We strive to provide a seamless online shopping experience. Our Baker Collection terms and conditions include a comprehensive returns policy to ensure your satisfaction. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange full-price items or receive credit notes within seven days of receipt. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Please return items in their original condition and packaging. You must cover the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe return of your item.

If your artwork arrives damaged, send photographs of the packaging and artwork within seven days so we can assess the issue. Always retain the original packaging for returns.

50% Commissions

When you commission original artwork from our talented artists, we strive to create a collaborative and fulfilling experience. Once the artist agrees to take on your project, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total value to begin. The artist will create two paintings inspired by your vision, allowing you to choose your favourite. Throughout the process, the artist maintains open communication, sharing verbal updates and photographic progress to ensure your vision is captured in the final artwork. This partnership creates a unique and personal piece that reflects your style and taste.
