How do I make my purchase online?

Found a product you love? Click on the “add to cart” button underneath each item. Input the number required and you’ll then be given the option to checkout or continue shopping. Once you have finished shopping, head to the checkout, simply follow the prompts and your order will be confirmed at the last step. Can I visit the studio?

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Made to order items such as artworks and custom furniture, do have a lead time, so please check the “shipping and delivery” tab for the item for specific details. Please be aware that an item in your shopping cart, can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

If you love something online and want to see it in person give us a call to make sure it is in stock and on display.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and size of the item and also your location. To work out your shipping costs, please add the item to your cart and enter your shipping address. This will calculate the shipping amount for you. Combining items may reduce your shipping costs in some cases but please contact info@bakercollection.com.au for any queries. 

I ordered a product today when will I receive it?

Most products are shipped within fourteen business days and should arrive around Australia within 7-10 business days depending on where you live. If you have purchased a custom made item, the delivery times will be specified when purchasing the product. If an order is urgent please contact us directly.

I live overseas can I buy from the Baker Collection?

Yes we DO ship internationally, however you’ll need to contact us for a quote. International delivery charges, local import duties and taxes will need to be paid for by the collector. Just contact us at info@bakercollection.com.au.

All orders are processed in Australian Dollars and include GST.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Baker Collection accepts Visa, MasterCard, direct PayPal account payments and cash on delivery.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from Baker Collection?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from us, however, if you already have an existing PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How do I know Baker Collection is secure?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us but does not share any of your sensitive payment information. Baker Collection does not store any credit card information and all sensitive data (e.g. names and addresses) is transmitted over a secure connection.

Returns RefundS & Exchanges

Any returns for the products will be governed in accordance with our returns policy.

For returns item/s need to be returned to us in its original condition within 10 days of receiving it and a credit note will be issued. There is an exception for artwork, commissioned works, international orders and pre-orders, so please see below for details against each of these.

I’ve changed my mind can I make a return?

If you change your mind on your purchase and decide to return your goods, you will be given the option of either a store credit or an exchange.

If you opt for a store credit, you will be given a credit to the same value once the item has been returned in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Baker Collection reserves the right to deny a refund or credit if the item is not returned in the specified condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods will be paid for by you. We recommend using a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot provide a store-credit until the item has been received. Please take special care with packaging an item to return it to us to ensure it is returned in its original condition. If it is an option for you, we would prefer you to return your item to the store.

If you decide on an exchange you can only exchange your purchase for another item of the same or lower value than your original purchase. You will need to include a stamped, self-addressed post pack with your return for us to post the exchange item.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for made to order goods for example artwork and custom made furnishings.

To make a return

 Contact us to let us know and provide the following details;

Your order number and the date of your order;

Your contact details including full name, address, phone number and email;

A description of the problem; and

The outcome you would prefer (i.e. a refund, replacement exchange or store credit).

Once we receive your claim we will contact you to work out the best way forward, including returning the product and providing any refund or replacement.

Damaged Goods Refund Policy

It is the buyers’ responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. We must be notified in writing of any damages upon receipt of goods, including proof of damages during this period. If we suspect that damages have been made by the consumer and not in transit we will investigate the matter further. If the transit company has damaged your goods on the way back to us, it is up to you the client to follow this up. If you receive your item from us and its damaged photo evidence of the packaging must be supplied to us.   

Pre Order & Cancellations

Based on the nature of our business, there are times where items will be pre-ordered. We require a 50% deposit for all pre-orders. This deposit is non-refundable. If you do change your mind before your item arrives, we need you to do this within 10 days. A credit note will then apply.

Comissioned Items & Artwork

The buyer has the responsibility to ensure all made to order and customised items are what they are after. We do not offer a refund for made to order and customised items due to change of mind.

Due to the nature of original artwork, once you have placed and confirmed your order, artwork is non-refundable due to change of mind.

Sales & Promotions

Sale prices are strictly applicable to new orders and new invoices only, between the advertised sale dates. Sales will always exclude existing pre-orders, lay-by orders and previous purchases.

Gifts

I’m buying an item as a gift, can I get it gift wrapped?

We have a gift wrapping service, and to personalise it one step further a message can be included with your item. 

When you are making your purchase, make a note in the comments section that this is being bought as a gift and any message you’d like included with the package. We will do our best to fulfill your request, we all LOVE surprises.

Gift Vouchers

All Baker Collection gift vouchers are redeemable for merchandise only and can be used in store or online. They are not exchangeable for cash, nor are they transferable.
